
Carly Lebenson
Carly has been preparing students for the ACT exam for more than 8 years. She also has extensive experience in counseling students through the college selection and placement process.
Before transitioning full time into ACT tutoring, Carly worked as a school counselor for several years in the Waukegan School District where she practiced academic, social-emotional, and career counseling. She also worked at Glenbrook North High School as a teaching assistant in the Science Department and has years of classroom experience. Carly’s experience has enabled her to successfully work with students to meet their individual needs, build confidence, and advise them through the ACT test and college process.
Carly holds a B.A. in English from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She also is a Licensed Professional Counselor and hold Masters Degree in School Counseling from National Louis University. Carly’s approach to her professional career in ACT tutoring is to help guide, inspire, and meet the needs of every student in a positive, enthusiastic environment to ensure each student reaches his or her potential. She furthers her professional development and stays current on the latest testing strategies and trends. Carly resides in Northbrook with her husband Matt and daughters Jemma and Zoe.
